||Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
If you have lost or suspect that someone has stolen your Gift Card, contact The Home Depot Customer Support immediately. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser's confirmation email as proof of purchase. If you provide proper proof of purchase, any remaining balance on your Gift Card can be re-issued to you on a new Gift Card. Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused Gift Cards may not be transferred.

The Home Depot Gift Cards may be paid for with a valid VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. The Home Depot Consumer Credit Card or The Home Depot Commercial Revolving Charge Card cannot be accepted as payment for a Gift Card purchase because this site is operated by The Home Depot's third party partner, Hallmark Insights.
||Delivery Information and Requirements for Gift Card Purchasers
All orders of Gift Cards are subject to a process that compares purchaser information provided on the web site with information about the purchaser provided by the purchaser's financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your Gift Card order may be delayed until it can be validated. We are not responsible for Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the mailing address of the recipient is correct and contact Hallmark Insights' Customer Support if you suspect the recipient did not receive their Gift Card. Should a Gift Card be returned to us due to inaccurate delivery information for the recipient, we will attempt to contact you for a valid address.
Through this Site you may personalize gift cards and greeting cards (some of which may be personalized with text, pictures or graphics). Personal messages and images are limited to the space provided on the Gift Card or packaging (standard note card or Hallmark branded greeting card). We do not review every gift card order, but if there is inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable personalization, we reserve the right to cancel the order or replace the inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable personalization.
